Training Manager

Responsibilities

To develop a learning needs analysis and work closely with colleagues from HR and the business.

To develop a meaningful training plan that addresses core startegic learning objectives. 

Assist line maangers to deevlop individual leanring plans that address skills and broader development goals

Manage a training budget

Develop realtionships with a variety of external suppliers

 

Candidate requirements

You will need to demonstrate experience of designing and delivering training programmes and ideally either purchasing or, if from a training supplier, selling them.  You must be able to develop training briefs organised around learning outcomes and appropriate quality assessments.  If you have experience with both soft skills and technical training it would be an advantage.  Ideally you will be sufficiently knowledgeable to contribute to discussions of how learning & development is related to delivery of strategy
